RETURN POLICY
Stephortless aims to provide complete customer satisfaction. Contact me to discuss any issue or concern as soon as possible. We will work to come to a mutually agreed upon solution.
APPAREL AND ACCESSORIES
Unused, undamaged items are eligible for replacement or return within 30 days of receipt. Items that arrived in disrepair or below customer expectations are eligible for replacement or return for a full refund.

DIGITAL AND PRINT MATERIALS
Any files or print items that do not meet customer expectations are eligible for correction or refund within 14 days of receipt. Mistakes made by Stephortless will not be subject to fees. Errors made by the client may incur an additional cost to amend.
