PRICING
Following an initial consultation, pricing for your project will be determined based on the following:

new project or re-design

type of site
-
number of pages
-
apps or features required
-
content included (pre-existing from current site, provided by client, produced by Stephortless, etc.)
-
copywriting or graphic images requested
-
overall time, expertise and work involved
A detailed quote will be provided outlining the parameters of the project to include all items discussed in the consultation to be agreed upon by both parties.
Additional fees may apply for:

e-Commerce site

Privacy Policy, Terms of Use or other purchased agreements

Paid app or plug-in subscriptions, as needed
-
Plan upgrades or extensions
-
Added pages or elements
-
Significant editing
Any items not included in the quoted price will be listed in the notes on the quote. No additional work will be considered without an accepted amendment to the original quote, or a new quote and payment for added tasks.
PAYMENT
A down payment of 25% of the total initial quoted price will be collected upon acceptance of project quote. 50% of the remaining balance will be collected once site design and layout are approved. Final payment will be collected upon completion of quoted project tasks prior to publication of finished site.
Payment terms are subject to change based on particular project variances, or amendments or additions to original quote. All terms will be communicated to the client before payment is collected.
